Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Manage in the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and company policies.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and industry trends, and recommend updates to policies and procedures as necessary.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
